Still working on my croissants, here’s the 7th batch. I think I max out what I can do with the flour I use. For the next batch I’ll be in quest of a more even shaping and more volume for the honeycomb.
I made 2 tray with them. One yesterday night one this morning

Any feedback ? 😉

These will be interesting if selling in set.

I might buy one and forgive the imperfections if i knew that it was made by a home baker or a family and used healthy ingredients and stuff like that.

My mouth is watering, I can’t get good croissants up here!

i personally believe these would improve in flavour if you leave them by an open window at night time

Okay so croissants are so intimidating to me. Haven’t even attempted them yet, these look beautiful. I do have some professional baker friends luckily lol

Only critique I would have is in side by side consistency. They should ideally all look the same. That being said I think they look gorgeous and I would totally buy one.

It’s honestly the perfect croissant economy, if they aren’t perfect as is- make those ones into Croissant aux amendes. Then I’d buy twice as many lol!

    Really stunning work!
